Spoilt Cucumber
All these heaps are demaged cucumber fruits from one farmer alone! According to the farmer cucumber worth over N20,000 are wasted because some insects came off the ground and punched holes on the cucumber shortly before harvesting. Insectcides were applied but according to the farmer it would work as long as there is no rain! As soon as it rains it washes away the insecticde.
